In this note we prove the following theorem: Suppose 0 < p < infinity and alpha > -1. Then there is a constant C = C (p, m, n, alpha) such that integral(B) \u(x)\(p)(1-\x\)(alpha) dV(x) less than or equal to C(\u(0)\(p) + integral(B) \delu(x)\(p)(1-\x\)(p+alpha) dV(x), for all polyharmonic functions a of order m, on the unit ball B subset of R-n.
