【 摘 要 】
o High temperature treatment (30-45 ) induced alterations in photosynthetic electron transportactivities of wheat leaves in a preferential manner. From the electron transport measurements it is clearthat high temperature causes inhibition in photosystem (PS) II catalyzed electron transport andenhances the PS I catalyzed electron transport activities. The possible reasons for the loss of PS IIcatalyzed activity could be alterations at water oxidation complex which is evidenced for whole chaincatalyzed electron transport measurements. The reason for the inhibition in PSII catalyzed electrontransportcould be due to alterations at water oxidation complex. Enhancement of PS I catalyzed electrontransport could be due to opening of new site for reduced DCPIP donation after Cyt b6f complex.
