【 摘 要 】
The phenomenon of moral education in the light of theoretical and methodological principles of its content is analyzed in the article. It is proved that the moral education is the core area of education that forming the social competence, and the most important factor of personality’s socialization and depends on both social and personal factors, subject-subject factors. The author attempts to implement a systematic approach to the analysis of theoretical and methodological principles of moral education
