【 摘 要 】

The article discusses the process of introducing information technologies, aimed at transforming the entire organisation. Along with the mentioned difficulties, the organisational development methodology allows us to identify the symptoms of other problems at various levels, which, unfortunately, are not taken into account by the traditional approach.
