【 摘 要 】

In this article the emergence history, current state and further prospects of development of computer networks interfaced to development of computer facilities and telecommunications in the territory of Russia, and also the services provided by them is considered. The analysis of domestic and foreign sources regarding problem points in formation of idea of electronic business and Internet economy is carried out. Also in article the modern approaches connected with recognition of intellectual property during an era of digital content are considered. Distinctive features and differences of intellectual products are defined. The main aspects of formation of a common information space on the basis of network technologies and extent of participation of Russia in this process are considered, and also prospects of development of electronic business in our country, taking into account activity of use of information technologies are considered.
