In this article author analyzes main issues of Ukrainian service market integration within the international competition environment. It is proved that institution and transaction costs are one of the key factors in the development of the modern Ukrainian trade in services sector. The author examines them as a basis for competitive advantages in the process of internation-
al exchange in services.
