【 摘 要 】

AIM: Analysis of epidemiological data of the site, where the trauma has occurred, collected by the EMS personel. METHODOLOGY: The EuReCa trauma - program Srbija is a prospective observation analysis, where this study was initiated by the Serbian Resuscitation Council (SerRC) and includes data collected from 10 centres in Republic of Serbia. This online Trauma register (EuReCa_Srbija Trauma registar) is collected data from all patients treated by Emergency Medical Service (EMS) in filed or in the Emergency Room (ER). Statistical analysis was conducted by SPSS program, including test-difference in proportions. THE RESULTS: The observed and analysed data collected by the EMS covers the populations of 757.000 inhabitants. In the period of four months 3396 injuries were recorded. Gender distribution informs us that males were injured more often 1994/3993 (59%). The most common locations of injuries was at the place of residence 1863/3396 (55%), at the streets 947/3396 (28%), at workplaces 260/3396 (8%). At the place of residence, the test-difference in proportions indicates that trauma-injuries are statistically more significant in females. In other hand, males are more injured on the streets, at public institutions, workplaces, sport fields and agricultural lands. The incidence of trauma at the place of residence varies from region to region: from 5/100.000 inhabitants up to 1350/100.000. A bystander first aid has been provided 23 times (1%) at the place of residence. CONCLUSION: Analysis of epidemiological data of the scene of accident pointed out that females are more injured in residential environment, while males have more trauma accident in other environment. A mutual collaboration of healthcare and other institutions is necessary and have crucial importance. Their joint preventive actions would have significant influence in trauma accidents breakdown. Healthcare and education work should contribute in improving the first aid skills and prompt bystander-assistance.
