(Series Information) European Papers - A Journal on Law and Integration, 2018 3(1), 461-463 | European Forum Highlight of 30 March 2018 | (Abstract) This Highlight provides a brief overview of the changes to the UK’s role in external relations effected by the agreed Withdrawal Agreement released on 19 March 2018. It observes that the consensus described by this author in a previous Insight has changed significantly and questions the extent to which this change can be viewed as a victory for the UK.
