【 摘 要 】

The characterization and H2S gas sensing properties of Pure and Al-doped TiO2 thick films were investigated. Thick films of pure and Al doped titanium dioxide were prepared by the screen printing technique. Pure TiO2 was almost insensitive to H2S gas. Thick films of Al (3 Wt. %) doped TiO2 were observed to be highly sensitive to H2S gas at 200 0C with fast response and recovery time. The results are discussed and interpreted.
