【 摘 要 】

Thepaperaimsatbrieflyreviewingthe advantagesofarbitrationinrelationtoclassical, publicjustice,ontheonehand,and,ontheotherhand,ofspecializedarbitration(in insurance)comparedtothegeneralarbitration.Alternativedisputeresolutionhasbeen receivedinrecentdecadesasanecessarymeasurenotonlytorelievethecourtsofa significantpartofthepotentialcases,butmainlybecauseoftheconfidentialandrapid natureoftheproceduresadopted.Technologicalchangesbroughtwiththemnewwaysof communicating, and conflicts can now arise not only from lack of communication, but also from theinappropriatecommunication of information or becauseof toomuch information that leads to the loss of the essential data. Exiting the pre-defined formats of the participants on theinsurancemarketmust also lead to theadaptation of methods of alternativedispute resolutions, and specialized arbitration is one of the most important ways to choose.
