【 摘 要 】

Context:Anemiaisacommon,globalhealthproblemthathasshort-termandlong-termeffectsduringpregnancy.SeveralstudieshavebeenconductedontheprevalenceofanemiaamongpregnantIranianwomeninthelast10years(2005-2015).ThecurrentstudyevaluatedtheprevalenceofanemiaamongpregnantIranianwomeninthistimeperiod.EvidenceAcquisition:ThecurrentstudyfollowedthePreferredReportingItemsforsystematicreviewsandmeta-analyses(PRISMA)checklist.SearchesforrelevantliteraturewereconductedonscientificdatabasessuchastheIranianjournaldatabase(Magiran),Iranianbiomedicaljournaldatabase(IranMedex),thescientificinformationdatabase(SID),globalmedicalarticleLimberly(Medlib),IranDoc,Scopus,PubMed,ScienceDirect,Springer,WebofScience,Wileyonlinelibrary,andGoogleScholar.Allpopulation-basedstudiesandnationalsurveysthatreportedontheprevalenceofanemiaamongpregnantIranianwomenpublishedbetweenJanuary1st,2005andDecember31st,2015wereincluded.Allrelatedarticleswereconsideredbasedoninclusioncriteria.Usingarandomeffectsmodel,datawereanalyzedthroughSTATAsoftware(ver.11.1).Results:Eighteenarticleswithacombinedsamplesizeof51,521wereinvestigated.TheprevalenceofanemiainpregnantIranianwomenwasestimatedat17.9%(CI:95%;14.7-21.1).ThehighestandlowestpercentageswerereportedinIran’scentral(24.9%)andwestern(6.3%)parts,respectively.Theprevalenceofanemiaamongrural(17.6%)andurban(22.1%)pregnantIranianwomenwasalsodetermined.Conclusions:TheprevalenceofanemiaamongpregnantIranianwomenhasincreasedinthelast10years.Therefore,appropriateinterventionplans,includingtraininginpropernutritionduringpregnancyandtraininginthecorrectuseofiron,vitamins,andfolicacidsupplements,shouldbearrangedandperformedinprenatalclinicsorbeforemarriage.
