【 摘 要 】

Titaniaisonekindofimportantmaterials,whichhasbeenextensivelyinvestigatedbecauseofitsuniqueelectronicandopticalproperties.Researcheffortshavelargelyfocusedontheoptimizationofthedye,butrecentlythetitaniananostructureselectrodeitselfhasattractedmoreattention.Ithasbeenshownthatparticlesize,shape,crystallinity,surfacemorphology,andchemistryoftheTiO2nbsp;materialarekeyparameterswhichshouldbecontrolledforoptimizedperformanceofthesolarcell.Titaniacanbefoundindifferentshapeofnanostructuresincludingmesoporous,nanotube,nanowire,andnanorodstructures.Thepresentarticlereviewsthestructural,synthesis,electronic,andopticalpropertiesofTiO2nbsp;nanostructuresfordyesensitizedsolarcells.
