【 摘 要 】
GeneticdiversityofthedifferenttilapiaspeciescollectedfromCairo,GizaandFayuominEgyptwasexaminedbytheanalysisofrandomlyamplifiedpolymorphicDNA(RAPD).ThepolymorphismswithinandbetweenthreeTilapiaspecieswereassayedusing15randomprimers,and215lociwereamplifiedrangingfrom118to2556bp.Theresultsindicatedthatthepercentageofpolymorphiclocirecorded51.8%,58.6%and60.3%forOreochromisniloticus,OreochromisaureusandTilapiazillispecies,respectively.Totalgeneticdiversity(Ht)was(0.304)andtheaveragecoefficientofgeneticdifferentiation(Gst)was(0.583).ThegeneticdiversitywithinpopulationwasthehighestforT.zilli(0.249)comparedtoO.niloticusandO.aureus0.219,0.238,respectivelyandthegeneflowbetweenthreespecieswas0.357.Amongthethreepopulations,TilapiazilliappearedtobeanoutgroupwhileOreochromisniloticusandOreochromisaureusweregeneticallycloserasrevealedbyNei’sbiasedmeasureofgeneticidentityandgeneticdistancevalues.ThisstudyconcludedarelativelyhighlevelofpolymorphismandgeneticdiversitywithinandbetweenthethreetestedTilapiaspecieswhichmayberequiredfortheadaptationofthepopulationstotheenvironmentalchanges.
