【 摘 要 】
TheprevalenceofCryptosporidiumspp.insea(48samples)anddrinkingwater(10samples)fromtheSinopprovince,BlackSea,Turkeywereinvestigatedbyacid-faststainingmethod.Tenlitresamplesofwaterwerecollectedover12monthsfromDecembertoNovember2011forCryptosporidiumoocystsdetectionbyacid-faststainingmethod.Cryptosporidiumoocystweredetectedin46outofthe58samples(79.31%;2-46oocystsper1litre)inthewatersamplesfromSinopbyacid-faststain.WhenaportionoftheseawatersamplestakenfromdifferentsourcesinSinopcitycenterwerepositivebyacid-faststaintherewasnoanycontaminationindrinkingwatersamples.Thisstudypointouttheneedforregularandbettermonitoringofwater-borneprotozoansinseawaterinSinopcity.Inaddition,thenweneedtofocusontheimportantpointthataremonitoringofwatersuppliesbymolecularanalysisinordertospecifywhethertheparasitesassetinthissamplesarehumanpathogenicornot.
