【 摘 要 】

This Regional Law regulates some issues related to management of domestic and non-domestic waste with a view of prevention of negative impact of waste on public health and environment, and also recycling of waste for the purpose of obtaining additional raw materials. Regional state bodies operating in the sphere of waste management shall follow these guidelines: (a) protection of public health, environment and conservation of biological diversity; (b) scientifically substantiated combination of
