【 摘 要 】
ThegoalofthisstudywastoinvestigatetheprevalenceofCryptosporidiumspp.inenvironmentalanddrinkingwatersuppliesinAmasyaarea,MiddleBlackSea,TurkeybyAcid-Faststainingmethods.Atotalof100watersamples,includingdrinkingandriverwaterwerecollectedandinvestigatedforthedetectionofCryptosporidiumoocysts.Allwatersampleswerecollectedonamonthlybasisfromupto10discretesamplingsitesinAmasyaanditssurroundingsandboroughsintheperiodbetweenSeptemberandAugust2011.AllwatersampleswerepurifiedbyAl2(SO4)3-flocculationforwaterpellets.TheresultedpelletswerestainedbyAcid-Faststain.Subsequently,allcollectedwatersamplesweredirectlyscreenedlightmicroscopicallyforCryptosporidiumoocystdetectionbyAcid-Faststainingmethod.78(78%)outof100watersampleswerepositiveforCryptosporidiumspp,whereastherewerenotCryptosporidiumoocystindrinkingwaterbyAcid-Faststain.InthisstudyhaspointouttoassumecontaminationofCryptosporidiumspp.inthisregionanditprovidestokeeprelationwiththeinvolvingwaterworksinTurkeytocutthroughtheprotozoacontaminationproblems
