【 摘 要 】
Informationonthegeneticstructureoffishspeciesisessentialforoptimizingfisheriesmanagementandstockimprovementprograms.Tenmicrosatellitelociwereanalyzedtostudythegeneticvariationinsixpopulationsofthecobia(Rachycentroncanadum).Sevenofthetenlocianalyzedwerepolymorphicinallthepopulations.LocusRca1B-H09hadthehighestnumbersofalleles(18),whilethelocusRca1B-A10andRca1B-E08Ahadthelowest(14).AllthestudiedpopulationsdeviatedfromHardy–Weinbergequilibriumproportionsatanumberofloci,mostlyduetothedeficiencyofheterozygosities.Amoderatelevelofpopulationdifferentiation(F)wasobservedamongpopulations;however,highestsignificantdifferentiationwasbetweentheDayerandPozmpopulations.ThegeneticdistancecomputedbyNeibetweentheDayerandBerispopulationswashigherthanthegeneticdistancesbetweenallotherpopulationpairs.Thestudyrevealedarelativelymoderatelevelofgeneticvariationatmicrosatellitelociwithinandbetweencobiapopulations.
