【 摘 要 】
AbsorbenciesofdifferentDNAsampleswerestudiedusingthewellknownphotopyroelectric(PPE)techniqueandFourierTransformInfrared(FTIR)spectrometer.Inthefirstmethod,widebandradiationabsorbancefromaninfrared(IR)pulsedwidebandsource(PWBS)byDNAsamplesweredetectedandcomparedwithFTIRspectrum.ItwasshownthatthePPEtechniqueresultsareusefulandcomparabletoFTIRindistinguishingdifferentDNAsamplesofbiologicalinterests.
