【 摘 要 】
Brassinosteroids(BRs)arepotentplantgrowthregulatorsofsteroidalnature,ofwhichfirstcompoundisolatedfromanaturalsourceisbrassinolide.Theyareinvolvedinregulatoryprocesses,whicharemorespecifictoplantgrowth,includingphotomorphogenesisandskotomorphogenesis.Inthisstudytheeffectofaplantgrowthregulator(24-epiBL)onpigmentbiosynthesiswasinvestigatedinlightanddarkgrownsoybeanseedlings.10-5,10-7and10-9Mconcentrationsof24-epiBLweresprayedontotheabovegroundpartsoftheseedlingswhichwerekeptbothinlightanddarkinthegrowthchamberfor12days.Thentheseedlingswereexaminedintermsofchlorophyll,carotenoidandanthocyanincontentsinthehypocotyl,cotyledonand1stinternode.Thedatashowedthatexogenouslyappliedepi-BLaffectschlorophyll,carotenoidandanthocyaninproduction,andvariedconcentrationsofepi-BLresultindifferentrespondsinplantparts,dependingonlightanddarkfactors.
