【 摘 要 】
TheoptimalconditionsforthedegradationofthecellwallofYarrowialipolyticayeast,leadingtothereleaseofintracellularproteinsbyhydrolasesofTrichodermaandAspergillusmoulds,weredeterminated.HydrolysisofY.lipolyticayeastbiomasswasperformedwiththeuseofvariousamountsofconcentratedornon-concentratedenzymes,aswellasyeastbiomasssubjectedornotsubjectedtothermalinactivation.Theanalysisofenzymatichydrolysisprocessdemonstratedthatthemosteffectivewasthe8-hourhydrolysisofthermallynotinactivatedY.lipolyticayeastbiomasswith6-foldconcentratedenzymaticpreparation,whichresultedinthereleaseof127.86mgofintracellularproteinsper1gdrybiomass.
