【 摘 要 】

Theaimofstudyconductedin2010ndash;2012wastoevaluatetheinfluenceofsomenaturalpreparationsontheproteinanddrymattercontentinthesweetpepperfruits.Fruitsofsweetpepper(cv.RobertaF1)weretheobjectofresearch.Thenaturalpreparationsfromgarlicextract(BioczosPlynny),grapefruitextract(Biosept33SL),seaalgae(Bio-algeenS90Plus)andblastosporesofAureobasidiumpullulans(BoniProtectForte)wereusedforprotectionofpepperplants.Determinationofproteinanddrymatterinpepperfruitswasmadeduringthemiddleoftheharvestperiod.nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Thepresentedresultsindicatedsmalldifferencesinproteinnbsp;anddrymattercontentbetweenthefruitsfromcontrolcombinationsandthoseprotectedwithnaturalpreparations.Itbelongstoascertain,thatnoneoftheappliednaturalpreparationshadasignificanteffectonthecontentofproteinanddrymatterinpepperfruits.Therefore,itshouldbestatedthattheapplicationoftestedpreparationscannotdecreasethequalityofproducedpepperandthattheapplicationofnaturalproductsdoesnotresultinthereducethenutritionalvalueofpepper,regardingproteinsanddrymatter,thereforetheycanbeusedinthepractice.
