AuniqueclusterofpentactinespiculeshasbeenobservedinthelowerpartoftheOlešnáMemberoftheKlabavaFormation(UpperTremadocianorearliestFloian)inthePragueBasin.Some100pentactinesofuniformsizearearrangedinonelayerofregularquadrules.Althoughthegeneralshapeofthespongeisnotpreserved,theorientationofthepentactinesinthequadrulesisconsistentwithattributiontoCyathophycusWalcott,1879.
