【 摘 要 】
Purpose:Toexaminetheeffectsofasinglelow-dose(500mg)acetaminophenonbodytemperatureandrunningperformanceintheheat(30#176;C).Methods:Thisisarandomized,cross-overpilotstudyperformedinaclimaticchamberattheDepartmentofSportScienceoftheUniversityofInnsbruck.Sevenmalesportstudents(age,25.9#177;2.3years;V#775;O2max,67.3#177;7.1mL/min/kg)participatedinthestudy.Eachparticipantperformedtwoprolongedexercisetestsataconstantintensityonatreadmillatatemperatureof30#176;Catanindividualintensitycorrespondingto70%VO2max.Twohoursbeforeexercisingparticipantswererandomlyassignedtoreceiveacetaminophen(500mg)orplaceboandperformedthesametest2weekslaterwithreversepre-treatment.Results:After20minofrunningintheheatcoretemperatureincreasewaslessunderacetaminophen(P=0.004)andheartrateswerehigher(P=0.02)comparedtoplacebo.Attheendofexerciseneitherrunningtimenorbodytemperaturenorratingsofperceivedexertiondifferedbetweengroups.Conclusion:Althoughtheincreaseincoretemperaturewasslightlyreducedbyacetaminophenafter20minutesofrunningintheheatrunningperformanceremainedunaffectedafterpre-treatmentwithasinglelow-doseofacetaminophen.(IJPPP1307003).
