【 摘 要 】

Tri Dharma of higher institution is one of the objectives that should be carried out by the college, in order to that objective is achieved, so assessing the performance of lecturers is carried out in every certain period. This study aimed to develop decision support system in assessing performance which include education, research assessment, community service and the support of Tri Dharma using simple additive weighting (saw) method so it can assist in deciding the performance of lecturer at college, thus the process of assessing the performance of lecturers can be more efficient. The result of study is in the form of alternative ranking which is from the calculation of lecturers' weigh value based on the criteria that has been determined.
