【 摘 要 】
Animportantapplicationofgeneexpressiondataistoclassifysamplesinavarietyofdiagnosticfields.However,highdimensionalityandasmallnumberofnoisysamplesposesignificantchallengestoexistingclassificationmethods.Focusedontheproblemsofoverfittingandsensitivitytonoiseofthedatasetintheclassificationofmicroarraydata,weproposeaninterval-valuedanalysismethodbasedonaroughsettechniquetoselectdiscriminativegenesandtousethesegenestoclassifytissuesamplesofmicroarraydata.Wefirstselectasmallsubsetofgenesbasedoninterval-valuedroughsetbyconsideringthepreference-ordereddomainsofthegeneexpressiondata,andthenclassifytestsamplesintocertainclasseswithatermofsimilardegree.Experimentsshowthattheproposedmethodisabletoreachhighpredictionaccuracieswithasmallnumberofselectedgenesanditsperformanceisrobusttonoise.
