【 摘 要 】
Whenthemitoticapparatus(MA)atmeiosisIandIIinstarfishoocyteswasdetachedfromtheanimalpoleandtranslocatedtotheothercortex,MAinducedpolarbodyformation,whichindicatesreattachmentofMAtothecortex.MAattachmentwassostrongthatMAatmeiosisIIwasfrequentlybrokenintotwopartsduringdetachmentandfromtheremnantpartremainingatthecortexanasterderivedandanucleusderivedfromthedetachedpart.Whentheywereapartuntilthecleavagestage,theoocytedividedintotheaster-containingandnucleus-containingblastomeresand,further,onlytheformerblastomeredividedrepeatedly.Thisresultindicatesthatthecentrosomeintheperipheralaster,whichpresumestobediscardedintothesecondpolarbody,alwayshasthecapacityofduplicationbutthecentrosomeintheinneraster,whichstaysintheoocyteinterior,hasnotthecapacityandconfirmsourpreviousreport(17Dev.Biol.203,62–74).Furthermore,itisfoundbyobservingmeioticMAformationthatthispeculiarcentrosomedeliveryatmeiosisIIisensuredbythefactthattheattachmentoftheasterstayingintheoocyteinteriortothecortexoccursearlierthancentrosomeduplication.
