【 摘 要 】

Allophycocyanin (APC) α- and β-subunits were isolated from Anabaena cylindrica and their amino acid sequences were determined. The α- and β-subunits consisted of 160 and 161 amino acid residues, respectively, and lacked tryptophan. The β-subunit contained an unknown derivative of aspartic acid. The sequences were compared with those of other allophycocyanins.
