【 摘 要 】

Yeast 6-phosphofructo-2-kinase (PFK2) was purified about 4000-fold by CM-Sephadex and Blue Sepharose chromatographies. Yeast contained two kinds of PFK2, both with apparent M _r values of 250 000 as estimated by gel filtration. The apparent K _m values of the major components for fructose 6-phosphate (F6P) and ATP were estimated as 0.5 and 0.7 mM, respectively.
