【 摘 要 】
The metabolism of [13C]formaldehyde in E.coli has been observed by proton NMR; the reverse-POMMIE pulse sequence, which saturates all 1H signals and then transfer magnetisation from 13C to 1H, suppresses water by 105-fold, allowing observation of metabolism at the millimolar level
