【 摘 要 】
We have reported an increased fluorescence polarization of 1,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-hexatriene in the phorbol myristate acetate-stimulated plasma membrane of human neutrophils [FEBS Lett. (1982) 144, 199–203]. We now present evidence that both the increased fluorescence polarization and the production of super-oxide radicals by human neutrophils require calcium, calmodulin and phospholipase activity.
