【 摘 要 】

Four groups of pigs of 34 days old were conformed in order to evaluate the protective capacity conferred for maternal antibodies to offspring from mothers vaccinated with a vaccine candidate of protein subunit E2, against Classical Swine Fever virus (CSFV), obtained for adenoviral vector transduced to the mammary gland of goats, against challenge with a highly pathogenic strain (Margarita) at doses of 104 PID50 (infective doses 50% pigs). Groups 1 and 2 were conformed by five pigs with passively transferred maternal antibodies from mothers vaccinated with a vaccine candidate of protein subunit E2, and groups 3 and 4 (control groups ), conformed by three seronegative pigs to Classical Swine Fever (CSF), determined by neutralizing peroxidase linked assay (NPLA). The groups 1 and 3 were challenged by intranasal route and groups 2 and 4 by intramuscular route. The pigs with passively transferred maternal antibodies from mothers vaccinated and challenge by intranasal and intramuscular route were negative to viraemia and mortality; while those from the control groups were found sick and not protected for viraemia after challenge. The control group challenge for intramuscular route presented a smaller time of onset of the infectious process with respect to the group challenged by intranasal route.
