【 摘 要 】
Para-aminosalicylic acid is still widely used for the efficient treatment of tuberculosisalthough it is known to cause severe adverse side-effects to the human body. This workpresents a simple and efficient spectrophotometric method for PAS detection in theconcentration range of medical relevance useful both for pharmaceutical and for medicalcontrol. The UV-vis investigations were focused on a comparison of sensing activity ofPAS using solely silver nanoparticles or 5,10,15,20-tetrakis-(4-aminophenyl)-porphyrin-Zn(II) or the hybrid material generated between them. The best and accurate detectionresults of PAS, in the medical relevance window (0.1-30μg/mL), were obtained by usingthe hybrid material.【 授权许可】
