【 摘 要 】
Chemokineshavepleiotropiceffectsinregulatingimmunity,angiogenesis,andtumorgrowth.CXCandCCchemokinefamiliesmembersandtheirreceptorsareabletoexertaproangiogenicoranantiangiogeniceffectinexperimentalmodelsandinhumantumors.Inthisreviewarticle,wehavesummarizedliteraturedataandourstudiesconcerningtheangiostaticactivityofchemokines.Theirangiostaticactivitymaybearesultofadirecteffectonthebiologicalfunctionsofendothelialcellsand/oraneffectontumorcellsinhibitingtheircapabilitytostimulatenewbloodvesselformation.Moreover,chemokineshaveapro‐andantitumoreffectwithinthetumormicroenvironmentbyregulatingimmunecellinfiltrationanditsantitumoractivities.WehavefocusedourinterestontheroleofIL‐12andIL‐27insolidandhematologicaltumors,andwehavesuggestedanddiscussedtheirpotentialuseasantiangiogenicagentsinthetreatmentofsuchtumors...
