【 摘 要 】

Abstract：This article reviewed studies of home nursing management to improve the self-management of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It briefly introduced the concepts and status of home care, the specific points contained in home care management, and the varying degrees of impact on self-management of patients. This paper also discussed the approaches to enhance self-management capabilities and blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
