强化血糖控制对胃癌合并2型糖尿病患者术后血糖水平和并发症的影响

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of enhanced glycemic control on postoperative blood glucose level and complication of patients with gastric cancer and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 〓Totally 76 patients with gastric cancer and type 2 diabetes mellitus were assigned to the control group and the observation group, with 38 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine care in perioperative period, and the enhanced glycemic control was carried out in the observation group additionally. The fasting blood glucose(FBG)level, the average hospital stay, the healing time of surgical incision and the postoperative complications were observed and compared between the two groups. Results 〓Patients in the observation group had a better FBG level compared with that of controls at 1 day after operation and at discharge(P<0.01). the length of stay and incision healing time were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01). The overall incidence of complication was lower in the observation group than that of controls(10.53% vs. 31.58%, P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The enhanced glycemic control nursing can reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications and promote the postoperative recovery of patients with gastric cancer complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
