提高静脉采血服务质量管理的品管圈实践

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application of quality control circle(QCC)activity in improving the service quality of peripheral venous blood collection. Methods 〓To establish the QCC team and to make that improving the nurses' service quality of the venous blood collection as the theme. The potential causes of poor service quality were analyzed and countermeasures were carried out. Totally 300 cases of venous blood collection from January to April in 2016 as control group, and another 300 patients with venous blood sampling from November in 2016 to February in 2017 were included as the observation group. Results 〓QCC members achieved a higher score in assessment of specialized knowledge, problem-solving skills, communication, cooperation and other QCC-related skills after the implementation of QCC activity(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group had a higher satisfaction rate and lower incidence of blood return and ecchymoma compared with those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion 〓QCC activity can improve the service quality and satisfaction degree of subjects during peripheral venous blood collection.
