穴位按摩在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者家庭护理中的作用

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the acupoint massage in home-based nursing care of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods  Totally 101 COPD patients were assigned to the observation group(n=50)and the control group(n=51). Both two groups received home-based nursing care after discharge, and patients in the observation group were given acupoint massage. The improvement in lung function and St.George's Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)score after intervention was evaluated, and the time of acute onset during follow-up was observed. Results    There were less times of acute onset in the observation group than that in the control group during follow-up(P<0.01). Patients in the observation group achieved a better improvement in SGRQ assessment compare with that in the control group(P<0.01). The FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were increased in both two groups after intervention, and the FEV1/FVC in the observation group was higher than that of controls(P<0.05). Conclusion   The home-based acupoint massage nursing can effectively improve the pulmonary function and reduce the number of acute exacerbations in patients with COPD.
