高龄胆总管结石患者内镜下胰胆管造影取石术的疗效及围手术期护理

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing care of elderly patients with common bile duct stones treated by endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP).Methods A retrospective analysis with 124 patients aged equal to or more than 60 years old patients with common bile duct stones treated by ERCP was conducted. According to the age, 83 cases aged equal to or more than 70 years old were assigned to senile group, and another 41 cases of age between 60 and 69 years old were assigned to the non-senile group. The success rate of treatment, one-time success rate and incidence of complication were compared between two groups.Results The success rate of treatment was 98.8%(82/83)in senile group and was 97.6%(40/ 41)in the non-senile group, with no significant difference(P>0.05). the one-time success rate was 91.6%(76/83)in the senile group and was96.7%(40/41)in the non-senile group, with no significant difference(P>0.05). The incidence of postoperative complication was 30.1%(25/83)in the senile group and was 46.3%(19 / 41)in the non- senile group, with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion ERCP is safe and effective for elderly patients with common bile duct stones. Adequate preoperative evaluation, accurate intraoperative coordination, strict postoperative observation and nursing care on complications are necessary issues for the success of operation and postoperative rehabilitation.
