高龄居家老人社区卫生服务健康照护需求的调查

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the community health service caring demands among senile elderly in community.Methods Totally 300 senile people from the Xiao Dongmen community health service center in Shanghai were enrolled through cluster sampling between April, 2016 and September, 2016, and investigated by ADL and self-designed questionnaires.Results The average score of ADL of elderly was(26.14 ±11.20), in which 57.3% of them had the declined of ADL, 78.3% of the elderly want to receive the service from community health service center. The averaged number of requirement on ADL was(3.56±3.21)in elderly people. The most required items in ADL were bathing, nail clipping, taking a walk, usage of daily life utensils and percussion on back. The averaged number of requirement on health care was(4.7±2.4)in elderly people. The most five required items were on-site service by nurses, family-model ward, regular check, health file establishment, and regular health education. The averaged number of requirement on nursing service was(3.2±2.9)in elderly people, and the most five required items were transfusion, blood examination, oxygen therapy, pain management, oral care. Multiple-factor analysis showed a great demand of home-based care in patients with low self-care ability, suffering chronic disease, living with their children and with retirement pension.Conclusion It is urgent for community health service center to strengthen the transformation of service mode, to provide professional and convenient services, improve the quality of life in home-dwelling elderly.
