【 摘 要 】
This paper investigates the multi-attribute decision making (MADM) problems with hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic information, which is used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness of the flipped classroom model. We studied the prominent characteristic of this proposed operator. And the induced hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic ordered weighted averaging (IHFULOWA) operator was applied to solve the hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic multi-attribute decision making problems which is considered as a powerful tool. Evaluating the teaching effectiveness of flipped classroom model as a typical and practical example is utilized to illustrate the developed procedures.
