【 摘 要 】
The results of measurements of N2+, O2+, N+and O+ions formation cross section, in the low electron energy range, from threshold to 400 eV are presented. For the e - O2, N2collision pare the excitation cross section of dissociative products - N, O and N+, O+are determined in relatively high energy range 200 - 400eV. The intense oxygen ionic line OII (83.4 nm) is observed in vacuum ultraviolet region of emission spectrum. Excitation of this line is caused by formation of 2sσgvacancy of inner electronic shell of O2molecule. Was revealed, that the intensity of the formation of the dissociative products, in metastable states, strongly depends on the pressure condition into the ion source.
