【 摘 要 】

The article discusses issues of state support for the formation of the quality of human capital in the agrarian sector of the economy in leading foreign countries, relying on the example of Germany, the USA, France, and Finland. Particular attention is focused on the possibility of applying the accumulated experience in the educational sphere of the above countries in the educational system of agricultural universities of Russia.
