【 摘 要 】

In turning, workpiece surface quality is an important evaluation index. In order to study the changing rule of influence of turning parameters on surface quality, the cutting force and surface roughness are taken as references and the orthogonal test method is adopted to conduct data processing and result analysis on the turning test of ultra-high-strength steel A-100.On the other hand, the cutting force of turning is simulated and analyzed through the finite element simulation, and the results are compared with the experimental results to draw a conclusion.Through this test, the optimized parameters can be selected for the researchers and the processing workers to process and test when turning ultra-high-strength steel A-100.The test shows that the cutting depth has a deeper influence on the cutting force than the feed and spindle speed. The surface roughness is affected deeply by the feed quantity, then by the cutting depth and least by the rotating speed.
