【 摘 要 】
The vibration amplitude, vibration frequency, cutting speed, feed rate and cutting thickness in ultrasonic vibration cutting have an important influence on the cutting temperature and the cutting force. Through the mathematical model and finite element simulation, the suitable vibration frequency is obtained. The vibration frequency is used to further simulate the effect of the change in feed rate on the cutting temperature and cutting force.
