【 摘 要 】
To study the effects of the different electrodes on the charge transport mechanism in XLPE, the conductive currents of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) with Al electrode and semi-conductive screen have been compared. And the currents of the two kinds of samples at low electric field, which are tested after not injecting and injecting space charge. The transportation mechanism of XLPE with Al electrode under high voltage is proved to not obey the Ohm's law, but also not obey the space charge limited-current (SCLC) mechanism. The transportation mechanism of XLPE with semi-conductive current is proved to obey SCLC. The charge transport mechanism traditional criterion of XLPE is not very precise. So the study of high voltage direct current (HVDC) in laboratory should take the electrode materials of testing samples into consideration, and the results of the samples with the different electrodes should be analyzed and compared.
