【 摘 要 】
A new hetropolyoxometal compound (NH4)14Fe0.5[As2Fe6Mo22O85(H2O)]•16H2O (1) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, thermal analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data for 1: Triclinic, P1, a = 12.6245(4) Å, b = 16.8421(5) Å, c = 27.1396(8) Å, α = 98.892(2)°, β = 91.161(2)°, γ = 104.129(3)°, V = 5518.5(3) Å 3, Z = 2. The structural analysis has revealed that 1 represents a rare example of hexa-iron arsenomolybdate. The inhibitory effects of the compound 1 on A549 (human lung cancer) tumour cells were investigated by MTT assay. It is shown that compared with the reference polyoxometalate-based antitumor agent (NH3Pri)6[Mo7O24]•3H2O (PM-8), 1 present higher antitumor activities.
