Fourth, women did not have higher job satisfaction than men across every generation group. When compared to the average, job satisfaction ofwomen except for new generation was higher than men;;s in the same generation group. The result of regression analysis that reference group was the new generation women, the industrialization·democratization generation men, the 386 generation men and the new generation men had a significantly higher job satisfaction than reference group. However, there was no significant relation in other cases.From the result of analysis, it can be concluded that there are generational differences in job satisfaction and influence variables. Further researches require to examine the relationship between various measurement of generation and job satisfaction.
