【 摘 要 】
Mentoring is a readily used intervention for at-risk youth and because of its prevalence and consensus of being viewed as a positive solution for curtailing high dropout rates, crime and violence it is important to understand how the mentee views and comes to understand the dyadic relationship of mentoring.
