【 摘 要 】
This qualitative case study is exploratory in nature. The purpose of the study is to look athigher education organizational change processes related to accountability and theimplementation of an assessment management system. Specifically, the study focuses onhow one teacher education program approaches the process of implementing anassessment management system through the lens of effective organizational change.
