【 摘 要 】

Principles of management by changes at the enterprise are considered and the evolutionary model of changes is constructed. The primary goals of optimum control by changes at the enterprise are put, formalized and solved, examples of decisions are resulted. Examples of practical application of the developed models in practice are shown.
